| Our sourcing process: |
| Start up: The sourcing projects always start with a first analysis with our clients in order to understand the products required, the specifics, the desired terms. Only when we are confident that we can reach the clients expectations we accept the project. For this reason it is important to know the client target price , as in China, for any given product there is a huge amount of suppliers with a wide range of quality levels. |

Supplier scouting: this is where we do all the work and we will keep full disclosure of our suppliers identity. The typical supplier is a Chinese big-medium sized manufacturer mainly based either in the Pearl River Delta or the Yangtse River Delta with an established business record and important international clients and partners. We make sure about the supplier reliability through a wide range of tools such as:
- on-site inspections
- cross references with the suppliers` client
- detailed background checks through business and credit analysis and investigations. |

| Quotations: after quotations with the break down of the bill of material, their pricing and all the related contract terms such as payments and lead times are defined and accepted we start working closely with the manufacturers |

| Sampling: in case of mass production we will take care of the prototyping and once ready, whenever required, we will send a sample to the client in order to have a final confirmation. For complex machineries, toolings and moulds we will constantly keep the client informed on the progress and whenever required we will organize on site visits either by us or together with the client |

| Final phase: depending on the agreements we can also take care of special packaging requirements and also of the logistic aspect. If it is more convenient we can use the client existing shipping plans |
